Question by help_please: offer to acquire RE with no agent’s help?
I have done myself a tramendous perform on RE search, CMA, Revenue/Expense reports without having the aid of RE getting agent. I also got the pre-approval certificate from the lender. Now, I am pondering of placing an offer that consists of contigencies to the seller agent. At this point, I do not see why I need to get an purchasing agent in the procedure. Rather, I want to the seller to compensate me that 3% commission at the closing.
To get the law on my side, must I get the RE lawyer to draft/ review an provide? and how considerably? can an supply be generic so that I can use it again on other residence, if this one gets rejected?
Any believed would be appreciated.

If you are not a licensed agent with your state beneath the supervision of a licensed broker in your state then you can not obtain compensation on the sale of properties… not even for oneself. That is the law.
You can, even so, request 3% (give them quantity, not the %) off of the cost of the home, but it can NOT be since you acted as an agent.
