Query by Rana: How to know that some traders in china are legiitimate or ot?
I am putting some orders by way of the web for some bulk materialsnand I have tons of emails from ppl in china, all of them are claiming that they are manufacturers , but i doubt that, simply because i really feel they are all traders, how can i know the elite or genuine ones from fraud 1???

Some Quick Guidelines: Confirm that they…
*accept credit cards more than a safe server
*have trust seals that are active and genuine
*list a physical address (not just a P.O.) and
*list a toll-free quantity and a reside person answers/returns a call.
If these conditions are met, search for testimonials and complaints. If they have far more excellent than undesirable, possibilities are much better that trader is genuine.
