Question by Amos S: China Syndrome? Agree or Disagree?
Just a rapid evaluation:Adulterated food products, forced labor, kid labor atrocities,a polluted and poisoned atmosphere, disease and abject poverty in the cities, starvation and loss of hope on the farms, violations of fundamental human rights by employers and their own government, summary judgements and executions by a corrupt legal program.Sounds like present day China? These were the situations in the United States of America for the duration of our industrial revolution and prior to the economic collapse of 1929.(the Great Depression)
Present day China is suffering the same growing pains our forefathers endured. As a nation we need to not contribute to this economic and societal blight.
Are the low rates truly worth the correct cost in human suffering and corporate out -sourcing?
