I bought a dozen or so plates from Salvation Army thrift back in the late 1990s.
KOLBE must have been a wholesale Chinar of restaurant ware, but I have not been able to find any information on the store. Each piece was a dinner plate affixed with a paper label on the back side with a name of the pattern or a code number for it.
Sorry the pictures aren’t very sharp; I cropped them from a shot of the complete back of the plates and then blew them up. Some got really degraded in the process.
