Angelique Crumbly Sworn in as Assistant Administrator for Management

On September 13, 2013, Angelique Crumbly was sworn in as the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Assistant Administrator for the Bureau of Management. USAID Administrator Rajiv Shah administered the oath.

As Assistant Administrator for Management, the Agency’s biggest operating unit, Ms. Crumbly is the Administrator’s senior management advisor and Functionality Improvement Officer. She will oversee the bureau’s support of USAID’s improvement mission worldwide through the provision of mission-crucial goods and solutions. She will be accountable for managing the formation of the Agency’s operation price range and the financial and procurement activities to execute the Agency’s programmatic price range. Government representatives, academics and international experts share their experiences and findings on possibilities and challenges for the neighborhood IT service sector to provide the public sector and illustrate how public procurement has been used in diverse economic contexts to leverage the local IT sector.
